Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your account or just dropping mail over cs@merise.io If you want to amend your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number or drop us mail over cs@merise.io and we will see if we can work it out for you.

15 Days Hassle Free Returns If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return within 15 days for a refund by store credit.

If at all we have to refund you money (If you cancel the order soon after paying online (Within 24 hours)), we would refund the money and the money immediately to the same card / bank account you paid from. Please note the refund takes upto 7 days for it to reflect back in your card / bank account.
